Teacher Work Day Art Camp October 14th

Students can anticipate a thrilling and creative experience at this Halloween themed Teacher Workday Art Camp! Designed to spark your artist's imagination and artistic talents, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with different mediums such as clay, watercolors, and mixed media to create their own unique masterpieces.

Art-friendly clothes

**Please wear Art-friendly clothes as we do get messy, you might also like to apply bug spray (mosquitoes) and sunscreen as we do go outside to play and eat our snack/lunch**

Typical Day At Camp

8:50am - Arrival begins 

9:00am - Project 1

10:30am - Snack break 

11:00am - Project 2

12:30pm - Lunch

1:00pm -Outdoor Games

1:30pm - Project 3

3:00pm -  End of Day Wrap Up

3:30pm pick up

Pick-up & Drop Off Location

Drop off is 8:50 am- 9:00am, should a student arrive later than 9:15, they might not be able to complete the first project of the day.

Pick up is 3:15-3:30pm, If a child is picked up after 3:30 pm a $15 fee will be charged in an addition to $5/per 5 minutes. For example if you are late for pick up and your child is not picked up until 3:45 your late fee will be $30

To be held camp does need a total of 4 participant per day, or it will be cancelled.

Should a student need to cancel

• 3 weeks before class starts:    100% refund minus $20 non-refundable deposit.
• 2 weeks before class starts:    75% refund minus $20 non-refundable deposit.
• 1 week before class starts:    50% refund minus $20 non-refundable deposit.
• No refund if student cancels less than a week before class. Student may transfer to another class in the summer program, based on availability.

Should Artfully Creative need to cancel an event for any reason, you will be notified immediately and given a full transfer of fees to a future event or a refund, your choice.
